First, there was Luxury White hot chocolate. Then, just when we thought things couldn't get more decadent, one of our in-house chocoholics tried it out as a summer milkshake, adding strawberries and cream. We thought we'd share the fun, by giving you Strawberry flavour white hot chocolate.
The result? A summer's afternoon at Wimbledon, armed with a spoon and a bowlful of cream. Strawberry fields forever.
• Hot chocolate base: White chocolate
• Hot chocolate format: Powder form, we recommend making it with hot milk (or your preferred milk alternative) rather than water for the ultimate smooth, creamy cup. Find out how to make the perfect hot chocolate here.
•Number of servings (using 3 heaped tsp/20g per mug for hot chocolate or 2 tbsp or 28g per mug for milkshake): 350g = 17 mugs of hot chocolate/12 mugs of milkshake
• Serving suggestion: Enjoy hot, as an ice-cold milkshake or use in baking

Recipe: Strawberry White Chocolate Milkshake
2 heaped tbsp Strawberry Flavour White Hot Chocolate
½ pint of milk
4 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
2–3 ice cubes
4 large strawberries, or 6 small strawberries (the smaller ones tend to be sweeter!
Warm the milk slightly, adding the Strawberry Flavour White Hot Chocolate and stirring till combined. Place in the fridge to cool.
Wash and remove the stalks of the strawberries, and cut into quarters.
Add the half pint of hot chocolate to the blender with the ice cream, ice cubes and strawberries.
Place on a low setting and blend until nice and frothy.
Serve in a glass, topped with a sprinkling of chopped berries (we like raspberries to sharpen the flavour), and perhaps a topping of our White and Dark Flaked Drinking Chocolate as a finishing touch.
